Tickets at the pier can be paid for in cash or by card.

We deliberately make only about half of our tickets available online.

Even if tickets are no longer displayed online, you still have the option of buying tickets directly at the pier.

Our departure times change regularly. You can find the current daily departure times at any time via the calendar on our website.

👉 Simply arrive at the pier approximately 30 minutes before your desired departure time – tickets are often still available on site.

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

for the online ticket sales of Reederei Hadynski e. Kfr.

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all bookings and ticket purchases made via the website www.reederei-hadynski.de.

By purchasing a ticket, the customer accepts these GTC.

2. Conclusion of Contract

(1) The contract is concluded upon completion of the booking process on our website.

After a successful booking, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the ticket.

(2) The ticket is non-transferable and only entitles the person(s) specified during booking to participate in the booked tour.

3. Payment Terms

(1) Payment is made online using the available payment methods (e.g. credit card, PayPal, instant bank transfer).

(2) The full ticket price is due at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

(1) Customers may cancel their tickets free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked departure time.

(2) Refunds will be transferred to the original payment method within five business days.

(3) To request a cancellation, the customer must contact us.

(4) No refund will be granted for cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure.

(5) If a tour is cancelled by Reederei Hadynski for operational or weather-related reasons, the customer will receive a full refund or be offered a rebooking option.

5. Use of Tickets

(1) The ticket must be presented at the departure location (either digitally or in printed form).

(2) Pets are permitted on board.

(3) Changes to the route or timetable due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. flooding, closures) remain reserved.

6. Limitation of Liability

(1) Participation in the boat tour is at the participant’s own risk.

(2) Reederei Hadynski shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure (e.g. extreme weather conditions, official orders).

(3) No liability is assumed for damages caused by the passenger’s own fault.

7. Right of Withdrawal for Vouchers

(1) When purchasing a voucher, the customer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of purchase.

(2) Withdrawal is only possible if the voucher has not yet been redeemed.

(3) After the statutory withdrawal period has expired, returns or refunds are excluded.

(4) Vouchers can be redeemed for a tour until 23 December 2026 at the latest.

(5) To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact us using the contact details provided above.

8. Data Protection

(1) The data collected during the booking process will be processed exclusively for handling the booking and in accordance with our privacy policy.

(2) Personal data will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary for the fulfilment of the contract (e.g. payment service providers).

9. Final Provisions

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.

(2) Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
